88% resolved. 22% loyal. Your stack has a problem.
Those numbers aren't a CX issue β they're a design issue. Gladly's 2026 Customer Expectations Report breaks down exactly where AI-powered service loses customers, and what the architecture of loyalty-driven CX actually looks like.

DAILY UPDATE

OpenAI raises a record $122B and plans one powerful AI super app
OpenAI has announced a massive $122 billion funding round, valuing the company at $852 billion, the largest raise ever in venture capital. Alongside this, it shared plans to build a single AI super app that brings all its tools together.
Amazon, Nvidia, and SoftBank led most of the funding, with Amazon adding a special AGI clause that could change terms later
OpenAI is now making about $2 billion per month, growing much faster than Alphabet and Meta at a similar stage
Enterprise customers make up over 40% of revenue and are growing fast, while OpenAI plans to combine ChatGPT, Codex, and AI agents into one app
This shows a clear shift toward business users, where the real money is growing fast. The move to a single AI super app and a possible future IPO could shape the next big phase of the AI industry.

AI Agents Are Reading Your Docs. Are You Ready?
Last month, 48% of visitors to documentation sites across Mintlify were AI agentsβnot humans.
Claude Code, Cursor, and other coding agents are becoming the actual customers reading your docs. And they read everything.
This changes what good documentation means. Humans skim and forgive gaps. Agents methodically check every endpoint, read every guide, and compare you against alternatives with zero fatigue.
Your docs aren't just helping users anymoreβthey're your product's first interview with the machines deciding whether to recommend you.
That means:
β Clear schema markup so agents can parse your content
β Real benchmarks, not marketing fluff
β Open endpoints agents can actually test
β Honest comparisons that emphasize strengths without hype
In the agentic world, documentation becomes 10x more important. Companies that make their products machine-understandable will win distribution through AI.
TODAYβS HIGHLIGHT

Anthropic accidentally exposed the code for its AI coding tool, revealing hidden features and internal projects.
Anthropic mistakenly made public a large part of the code behind Claude Code, its AI coding assistant. The leak included over 1,900 files and more than 500,000 lines of code, along with several unreleased features.
Developers discovered 44 feature flags and new ideas like memory across sessions and a deep planning system
Internal names appeared, including βCapybaraβ, linked to a newer Claude version, plus code that tracks user behavior like swearing
A hidden project called BUDDY, an AI terminal pet with species, rarity levels, and personality stats, was also found
This situation matters because two leaks in one week raise concerns for a company known for AI safety. While the leak did not expose core AI models, it still affects trust and reputation, especially as competitors already share similar tools openly.
